Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Returns & Refunds

At Supreme Angling Limited we endeavour to make every purchase a satisfactory one and therefore our returns policy is simple. Goods for return or exchange must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt (please contact us within 7 days if the goods have been damaged on delivery, info@supremeangling.co.uk or 0113 2818539). Simply send the goods back to us via a secure Post Office service (Royal Mail Special Delivery service recommended). Upon receipt of the goods we will, send replacement goods or issue a full refund for the price of the goods returned. Please return the goods in a saleable condition as below

  • The tags have not been removed
  • The garment or tackle item has not been used, worn or damaged
  • The item is returned in its original packaging undamaged

Guidance Notes;

  • Supreme Angling Limited will only reimburse return p&p costs for up to 28 days after purchase
  • Except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged, the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility
  • Please ensure that you wrap the package securely
  • Please note that for your own security we advise that you send goods back using a service that can be tracked
  • We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post when being returned to us
  • Supreme Angling will not be held liable for consequential Loss or damages
  • We reserve the right to return the goods to the manufacturer for inspection before issuing a refund. If the manufacturer deems the fault not to be of the product Supreme Angling Limited reserve the right not to issue a refund.


 You (the consumer) have the right to cancel an order for any reason within 7 days of receipt provided the item has not been unsealed or used and is in a fit state for reselling. You (the consumer) are liable for the cost of returning the item to us although in some cases this cost may be refunded at our discretion.
